Welcome to Boxed N’ Sorted. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website (boxednsorted.com.au) and the purchase of products from us.

1. Products & Descriptions

• All products are supplied in good faith, and descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to the best of our knowledge.
• As our products are manufactured in Australia, slight variations in colour or finish may occur from batch to batch. These do not affect performance or durability.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase before goods are dispatched.
• We reserve the right to update prices, products, or promotions at any time without notice.

3. Shipping

• Orders are shipped via Interparcel with tracking provided.
• We aim to dispatch all orders by the next business day (stock permitting).
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier delays outside of our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

At Boxed N’ Sorted, we are proud to supply high-quality, Australian-made Fischer Plastics that are built to last. Because we stand by our products, returns are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law:

• If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will happily organise a replacement, repair, or refund.
• To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.
• Change-of-mind returns are not offered, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

(We want you to love your storage as much as we do — if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.)

5. Liability

• Boxed N’ Sorted is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, misuse, or third-party courier issues.
• Once goods leave our warehouse, risk transfers to the customer, but tracking details will be provided for peace of mind.

6. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Personal details collected during checkout are used only for processing your order and improving our services.
• We do not share customer information with third parties except where required by law or to complete delivery.
