Orders are usually sent the next business day (stock permitting). You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us straight away and we’ll update your details. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Payment is processed at checkout. Orders are dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

Yes, all prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

We don’t offer change-of-mind returns, so please choose carefully before ordering.
